I spent eight years in industrial automation and technical sales, quoting complex machinery, negotiating with enterprise clients, and commissioning systems on the factory floor.
During that time, I saw how much critical business communication and tracking was handled in chaotic email chains, fragile spreadsheets, and manual paperwork. I started building custom internal tools, Power Apps, automated approval flows, and Power BI dashboards to fix those exact bottlenecks for our engineers and sales teams.
That practical problem-solving led me to earn my Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and transition fully into software and analytics engineering. Today, I build production-ready Power Platform systems, Power BI reporting suites, and bespoke web dashboards that fit how teams actually work.
